Payment and Cancellation

We accept various payment methods, including  bank transfers, instapay transfer, e-wallet transfer and cash in our office. Once you choose your trip package, you'll be guided how to pay and confirm your reservation.

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the trip package. The balance is due before the trip starts, typically 7-10 days prior to departure.

Yes, you can reschedule your trip. However, changes are subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the time of request and the trip package.

If we need to cancel the trip due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or safety concerns), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

Once your payment is processed and your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message with your booking details, itinerary, and payment receipt. If you opted for a deposit, we’ll also send you a reminder of the remaining balance.

Our cancellation policy varies based on the timing of your cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 15+ days before departure: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 7-15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
